  Went in recently to see a new GP of this Practice - Dr Brittany Wakefield.
  I was in with the Dr for no more than literally 3 minutes and asked if she wouldn't mind bulk billing me and she said "no this is a private billing practice" However, as I did not have the funds in my account (which is my fault yes, but I have been going to this practice for many years, since I was little) so I simply asked if I could call later on and pay over the phone for the consult, which frankly... should have been bulk billed. How does a consult that lasts so quickly justify being paid for? and Dr Wakefield sarcastically said back to me "If I went into Mcdonalds and asked them if I can pay for the food later do you think that is acceptable?"
  To me... she is rude, sarcastic and unprofessional. Nothing came from the consult as I was not even given a script so I have no intention of going back to this practice purely because of this Doctor - would not recommend her, very rude and stuck up attitude!

  I would highly recommend Reydon St Medical. Having seen a few doctors in this practice, I've had nothing but positive experiences. I do have to say, Dr Karen Shephard is absolutely amazing. I've been seeing her for years and she always has a warm, open demeanour that makes going to the doctors a less dreadful experience! I feel I can trust her with my concerns, and she always takes the time to listen, which is very much appreciated - Thank you Dr Karen :)

  Over almost 9 years of living in Brisbane I have seen many doctors at different practices for the same medical challenges. I have never been given much time, attention, or consideration until I met Dr Shepherd. I have (thankfully) found a doctor who genuinely listens to the concerns of her patients, and finds a solution or strategy to find a resolution. I hope she never retires because I don't think I could ever find another doctor as incredible as her. If you're struggling to find adequate medical care - I highly recommend Dr Shepherd! I used to avoid going to the doctors but now I'm confident in the advice I'm receiving.

  I was a regular patient of Dr. Colbrook for the past year and have received exceptional consultation and treatment for my extensive medical conditions and the legal aspects involved. I hold a Department of Veteran Affairs health card and even though Dr. Colbrook had very minor experiences with veterans; his overall knowledge and professional attitude outweigh all other doctors I have seen before. His efforts should not go unrecognised as in my opinion; his medical skills and knowledge paired with his ability to use initiative and adapt to his patients health and wellbeing needs is by far, better than any treatment I received in the Australian Defence force or any other medical clinic I have attended. His kind and compassionate impression on his patients is simply “the icing on the cake”. Thanks to Dr. Colbrook and the most helpful and friendly reception staff, I have recommended a total of 9 individuals and counting to attend Reydon St Medical Centre for their medical needs.
