  Cricks? Crooks? You'll soon decide for yourself. After purchasing my Citroen 2013 ds5 from Mt Gravatt Dealership about 6 months ago;
  
  I was really impressed with a few things:
  
  •Great face to face customer service
  •Amazing finance service(brilliant)
  •4 brandnew tires and 6 months rego
  •Abundant choice of new and used
  •Free tea, coffee and granny smith apples
  
  Things I did not like or not impressed by:
  
  •Being told I was going to have a full tank of fuel when I drove the car away and not have it
  
  •Having my airconditioning break down and the warranty states no evaporator part in warranty ($3600 to fix in model of car
  
  •Told a scratch on door would be fixed and not
  
  •Told the loose plastic seal in the boot would be fixed and the rattling sound would cease, but the rattling sound is still there; and it bothers me everyday when driving to my place of work
  
  In summation, I feel it was a very up and down experience. But I rate them 3/5 *'s.
