  Lord where do i start?! Bought my Škoda Octavia from here and the purchase experience was very pleasant - great deal on the drive away price and got in and out on delivery day in no time at all. I travelled from the Gold Coast up to Mt Gravatt, that's how happy i was with their service. Unfortunately, thats where the pleasantries stop.
  
  The car was not delivered with the voice activation feature enabled but i was assured by their sales member Alex that the feature will be added at my local Škoda dealer on the Gold Coast.
  
  That seemed fair to me so i happily drove off.
  
  A few days later, hearing nothing in regards to the voice activation, i called the dealership to follow up. Alex again assured me that he was working on getting a solution organised and that he would get back to me in the next day or so.
  
  The week after i decided to just organise the whole thing myself since i still hadn't heard a thing. I spoke with my local Škoda dealer and they informed me that they cannot do a thing until they get a job raised from Mt Gravatt. So again i called to chase it all up and to my surprise, i was informed that Alex no longer worked there but that the sales manager Richard would be able to help me. Richard informed me that he would personally take care of it and that he would call me "in 10 minutes" with a solution.
  
  Excellent - or so i thought...
  
  Some 10 days later, i gave up on the Škoda dealership and called Škoda Australia to express my frustration at the poor after sales service. They recorded everything and assured me that they will speak to the dealership themselves. I was promised a call back from the dealership and a speedy resolution.
  
  Content, i sat back and waited. A day went by and i heard nothing. Then day two passed, then day three and four too. Still nothing. Before you knew it, some 2 weeks have gone so i decided to call Škoda Australia again. Again, they told me they would call the dealership and again they assured me a speedy resolution. In fact, the dealer principal was contacted on my behalf and he assured Škoda Australia that he would be getting in touch with me "if not today, then the day after". Now, i know what you're thinking - sounds like they really prioritised me!
  
  That day went as did the day after and the weekend after that. Nothing.
  
  So there i am on the phone to Škoda Australia again. They're apologising, I'm not really caring much for their apologies, they're calling the dealership again and... great news - Richard will call me back "by the end of the day, or if not, by the same time tomorrow"... Winning...
  
  Except... I'll give you three guesses LOL...
  
  This time around, the Volkswagen group are calling me to make sure that Richard called and that everything was sorted. When they found out he hasn't they're also apologising and I'm not caring much for their apologies either.
  
  Then the break through! They connect me to Richard and get off the other line so we can chat. We are talking nearly two months after that faithful "call you back in 10 minutes" chat.
  
  Was the issue sorted? No, of course not!
  
  Richard tells me that he has been trying to get answers from everyone from his service manager to his regional manager on how to actually get the feature activated in my car but he's allegedly had as much luck as i have since i purchased the car.
  
  Luckily, he tells me he will be in touch as soon as he hears something back ????
