  The best pet shop in Brisbane. I have to drive for an hour to get there but they have everything I need with good prices so it’s worth it. I get same day delivery sometimes too which is always great. The staff in store and online are beyond helpful and have lots of knowledge and always super friendly.

  Pet City had the products I wanted at a really competitive price. I placed my order to be delivered to Western Australia and they organised it really quickly. I can’t wait to set them up in my vivarium.
  The customer service and information and tracking for my order was exceptional.

  I really appreciated the checklist they run through when buying a reptile. As an experienced keeper I think the things they want from buyers is great. They could just sell animals and not care about the future care of the animal but they make sure buyers have thermostats and encourage them to refrain from handling for a while and other things like this that really show they care about the animals they sell. Pair that with a great range of products and it's a really great shop.

  These guys are great! First order arrived within 2 days purchase. 2nd order was a bit more complicated.
  I ordered a new snake hook and some F10 but then a book came in stock. I put the order down and gave them a call as I wanted the items to come together, not separately. They merged the orders together and it all arrived safely, again, within 2 days of purchase. I no longer shop at 3 individual pet stores because these guys have such an available range for my needs and delivery doesn't take 7-10 business days.

  I’ve been buying my pet supplies here for many many years. I used to bring my children here and now they are adults, they come here with my grandchildren. We love the shop, it’s a one stop shop for all your pet needs and food supplies. If you don’t see it in the store, they will help you find what you may need. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff as well as helpful and friendly. The store is always clean and they never run out of stock for my bird’s favourite seeds, pellets, food, supplements, toys, etc.

  I live 2 minutes from pet city and its quicker to go to a shop on the Northside of brisbane. No customer service and there selection of fish has shrunk

  They say knowledge is power and the knowledge that the staff have is immense. The skill level and understanding of the staff really shows that they not only care about animals but also what they are selling. I will definitely be back shortly for all my animal purchases

  Great range of products and pets. Staff need to be a little less know-it-all about the animals and listen to the customers' knowledge. Also the procedure part of buying a bird was not enjoyable. The bird was placed in a box while paperwork was still being done. I brought my own travel cage but was told no this wasn't acceptable.

  Been visiting this pet store for over 20 years and it just keeps getting better. The staff are very knowledgable, friendly and passionate about pets. Highly recommended.
