  Was expertly and rudely advised by another tire shop close by in Mt Gravatt to visit Bridgestone after asking for a better price on tires. Even their competitors obviously know Bridgestone are the best. I went there and there was a mix up on the tires I ordered. Instead of them blaming me and arguing about ordering the incorrect tires they just booked me in for the next day to fit a better set of tires no extra charge even though I know they were charged a restocking fee for the wrong tires and lost a bit of profit on the new ones. I reckon customer service is good to be judged on how a company treats their customer even when things don't run as smoothly as they should and these guys are spot on and at no point did I feel uncomfortable or that they were in any way pissed off that I ordered the wrong size tire. Not to forget they gave me a $50 voucher to go towards my next service. Good job Bridgestone Mt Gravatt and special mention to Ryan at the front counter.

  Great Service - Took my car in to see Ryun and the team with a mechanical problem (engine light was on) and they had a look at it almost straight away and discovered what the issue is and fixed it while I waited - very happy and will be going back there again for my next services.

  Bridgestone provided a great service when I had my car looked at recently. The team is concerned about advising what is safe/best for your car without pushing sales. They also took the time to check a problem two weeks afterwards and followed up with a courtesy call. Will definitely be going back and recommending to others.
