- Katrina Skebes Added February 10, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★It’s not often that a bank gets good reviews however an older staff member at CBA Mt gravatt last week was truly lovely to deal with. I withdrew some funds and the conversation we had about customer loyalty was really nice. She thanked me for my loyalty to the bank and was positive, happy and helpful. I’ve not yet had a bad experience with CBA . Over 25 years at suncorp no one ever thanked me and I even worked for them early on in my special events career. Thank you CBA you’ve got me for the next 25 for sure.

It took over 6 weeks, multiple phone calls and emails, 3 visits each over an hour to organise for one word to be removed from a bank guarantee. I am a 40 yr CBA customer and have never come across such incompetence.

Which was fine and I didn’t mind but then was told to sit down and no communication until a customer service rep wanted to start the application in the main foyer with any privacy.
