  Great store, heaps of options. I was after a specific product that they had in stock and they were happy to price match with their further 10% off policy. Will definitely be going back for a better look around.

  Staff was sparse, the one we found was helpful. Store was huge, had plenty of stuff. Parking no problem.

  I almost always have a bad experience at the Mt Gravatt Spotlight. I never have this experience at the other stores. The staff are often rude and unhelpful. The management team are unfortunately not much better. I often hear the managers talking rudely to their staff members. I think that the work culture at this store is really poor.
  
  On one visit a staff member was yelling at a customer. When I was purchasing my sewing machine the manager at the time was very rude and made disrespectful comments after I asked some questions about the machine, so I left and purchased the machine else where.
  
  I'm a crafty person and would love to go to this store as its my local. I often find myself heading to alternate stores just to avoid this place.
  
  I hope they fix the culture at this store or perhaps find some better store managers as its really shocking.

  Spotlight staff have helped me choose patterns suitable for a beginner dressmaker. They have a huge range of fabrics and sewing gear, and friendly, helpful workers with great advice.

  My suport worker (I have paraplegia)was refused when trying to pick up my click and collect. Had the paperwork, offered to put me on the phone but that was not accepted. Lady was nice about it but the policy is crazy. He then went and picked up other orders at Pillow Talk and Bunings without a hitch.
